B2B dashboard and website
The project

ClixScale is a Saas platform for marketing and financial teams to control and monitor marketing campaigns and bank accounts. This is an interesting product that was born out of a need of the company for a unique customizable platform for monitoring marketing activity. The uniqueness of this system on the competitor's products in the market is in its simplicity.

My role

Working as the only designer on the team, I was in charge of the UX, prototyping, branding and UI. Working with the product managers of each department, and with R&D team members, I researched the usability of the platform and gated users' needs to help me decide on the entire UX.

Work process

The project started with an initial meeting with PMs and R&D members we we determined the goals of the product and wrote the first PRD.

Research
  • Received and searched examples of marketing CRM systems that are in the market
  • Conducted user questionnaires through the company's marketing managers.
  • Analyzed results.
  • Created user flow diagrams.
Wireframing

Working on Figma to wireframe the first low fidelity sketches of the main screens.

Testing

Using mockup tools, I made usability testing of the screens and received users feedback.

UI Prototyping
  • Added UI of the brand's graphic language.
  • Worked on micro animations and micro interactions.
  • Worked alongside with R&D on the UI frontend development.
Marketing campaign dashboard - 18 screens

The screens we the users (marketing managers and affiliates) view and monitor online campaigns activity, create campaigns and review performance.

Bank activity reports dashboard - 10 screens

Part of the platform we the users (the financial team) view and monitor the company's financial activity.
Each box represents a bank account. The challenge was to make it visually prominent, so the users will have the critical information at first glance, so they can make important decisions fast.
The design process was composed from working on an individual info box, and on how the general UX layout of the page. The criteria was to show as many info boxes as possible in the above the line screen section.

Screens
  • Finance - Monitor and edit financial account activity.
  • Transactions - View and monitor all transactions related to the company.
  • Banks - Open new bank accounts and monitor activity
  • Users - View, monitor and edit all the users that are financially interacted with the company.
ClixScale branding and homepage

I worked on the company's branding and graphic language.
Created the logo and chose the main theme colors, fonts and style guide.
